This living room was digitally staged for a real estate listing.   Digital staging was requested by a real estate company. The client wanted to be able to have potential clients understand the space and possible feel of the apartment. The staging was done considering the budget someone in that income range might be able to afford.
Here you can see my process of creating different options for my clients. Stills of each option coming soon. After selecting based of a few options presented, these clients in the Ritz Residences in Long Island needed some help deciding the height for the chandelier.    In this super quick time lapse, I created a design for a client who requested a back-lit onyx wall. This gazebo got much more elegant with the addition of a chandelier for some elegant but casual outdoor dining.    In this small project, my clients went with my suggestion of two chandeliers and a mirror along with the simple repositioning of their art. The purchase was made as per the photo. The visualizations help my clients make decisions with more certainty as it takes care of the question of whether everyone is imagining all things alike.    Never better suited, the large Maria Theresa chandelier was a must for this home.   |
